01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "crekex", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the crekex platform accessible at crekex.biz and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same platform.
• "Platform" means the crekex website, its mobile-browser interface, all casino game pages, the sports betting section, and any other services or features made available through crekex.biz.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the crekex Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the crekex Platform, through which that Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with crekex services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's crekex Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by crekex under a specific promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game-play transaction placed by a Player using real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds on the crekex Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all crekex Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated.
• "Verification Documents" means any identity, age, address, or payment method documentation that crekex may request from a Player for the purpose of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and crekex. By accessing the crekex Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference, such as the crekex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the crekex Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms shall apply to that person or entity.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, network, or geographic location from which you access it, subject always to the eligibility restrictions set out in Section 3 below.

03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the crekex Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you maintain an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. crekex operates a strict 18+ policy and enforces age verification at registration and on an ongoing basis. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any Balance — including winnings — will be forfeited or returned to the payment source at crekex's discretion.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the crekex Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any Wager.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the crekex Platform or through any other responsible gaming programme, at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of crekex or any of its game providers, payment processing partners, or affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

04 Account Registration

To access the full range of crekex services, including placing Wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a crekex Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One account per person: Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the crekex Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, crekex reserves the right to close all but one Account and to void any Wagers placed or bonuses claimed from the duplicate Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure.
• Verification: crekex may, at any time, request that you provide Verification Documents to confirm your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your Account.
• Account currency: All crekex Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No other currency is supported for Account balances, deposits, or withdrawals.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your crekex Account login credentials, including your username and password. crekex strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your crekex Account that is not shared with any other service or platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. crekex cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the sharing of login details.
• Log out of your Account when using shared devices, such as computers in internet cafes in Dhaka, Chittagong, or other cities.
• Notify crekex immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

crekex employs TLS encryption on all platform connections to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing; crekex staff are unable to view or recover your password. In the event that you forget your password, a reset facility is available via your registered mobile number.

Any Wager or transaction completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been made by you. crekex accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

06 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the crekex Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted payment methods: crekex currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at crekex's discretion.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). crekex does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform.
• Own account only: You may only deposit funds from a payment wallet or account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the Account holder will be returned to the source and the relevant Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out on the crekex cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals are processed to the Player's registered payment wallet. Processing times vary depending on the payment method but crekex endeavours to complete approved withdrawals promptly.
• No liability for payment provider delays: crekex is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment service provider once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the crekex system.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

crekex may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to a single eligible Account per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of additional Accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the required verification steps and who have made a qualifying deposit where applicable. crekex reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bet credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Withdrawal order: Real-money Balance in a Player's Account will be used before Bonus Funds when a Wager is placed, unless the Platform's cashier interface specifies otherwise for a particular game or promotion.
• Abuse: crekex reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion — and to close the associated Account — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: stake manipulation to reduce risk, pattern betting contrary to normal play, syndicate behaviour, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by crekex.

08 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the crekex Platform. Specific rules for individual game types — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other verticals — are published within the relevant game or section of the Platform.

• Finality of results: The result of each game or sports event as determined by the crekex Platform is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 16. crekex uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games, and live casino results are determined by observable dealer actions streamed in real time.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum Wager amounts are displayed within each game and betting market. Stakes outside permitted limits will not be accepted by the Platform.
• Insufficient funds: A Wager will not be processed if your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available before placing a Wager.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or game data, crekex reserves the right to void any affected Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. crekex's decision in such cases is final.
• Cricket and sports betting: For all sports markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral cricket series, bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In-play markets are subject to the specific in-play rules published on the relevant betting page.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crekex Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their Balance withheld or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one crekex Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your Account.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in betting markets to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live table games, or any other competitive game mode on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds from illegal activities or to disguise the origin of funds.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards crekex staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the crekex Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

10 Responsible Gaming

crekex is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. The following tools and policies form part of the crekex Responsible Gaming programme:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may activate session duration reminders that notify them when they have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion via the Account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the crekex Platform — including but not limited to the brand name crekex, the crekex logo, website design, graphical elements, game content licensed from third-party providers, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of crekex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the crekex Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, frame, or otherwise exploit any content from the crekex Platform without the prior written consent of crekex.

Third-party game content on the Platform — including games supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's separate terms of use in addition to these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crekex and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the crekex Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising in connection with your Account or any Wager placed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude crekex's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

crekex collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the crekex Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

crekex will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required to operate the Platform — for example, sharing data with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to facilitate transactions, or sharing data with game providers where required by those providers' platform integration requirements — or where required by law.

14 Amendments to Terms

crekex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crekex will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address associated with the Player's Account.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case the changes will take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the crekex Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.

15 Termination

crekex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide Verification Documents within a reasonable period when requested.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the Account holder is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• At crekex's reasonable discretion for business reasons, including the withdrawal of services from a particular market or region.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be withheld or forfeited at crekex's discretion. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., business decision to exit a market), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting crekex at [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to Account closure, subject to completed verification.

16 Complaints and Disputes

crekex is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the crekex Platform — including game results, account transactions, bonus disputes, or customer service interactions — please follow the procedure below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. 17 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the crekex Platform, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 16 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies specified by crekex at the time of the relevant dispute.

crekex makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. You access the Platform at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to you.
